I have had quite a few emails and a few comments asking me for the instructions to the Christmas Post-It Note Holders as seen below...
So I thought I would attempt to explain how I made them.
Cut a piece of cardstock 8-1/2" x 3-1/4".
Score the cardstock at 2", 2-1/2", 5-3/4" and 6-1/4".
Cut a piece of pattern paper 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" and score the pattern paper at 1/2".
Attach your pattern paper to the cardstock so that the 1/2" score line matches up with the 2" score line on the cardstock. It should look something like this.
I used my crop-a-dile to punch two small holes for my ribbon to go through.
I cut a piece of ribbon approximately 8-1/2", threaded it through the holes and tied knots on each of the ends. I then used my ATG to add adhesive to the back of the post-it note pad and attached inside.
Next step is to add a closure of some sort....I used velcro. Then decorate as you like.
I hope this helps you out. If you have any questions just let me know!!
Until next time...have fun creating!!
